This bird isn't as happy as me!
Nordstrom is my favorite store. Just got bumped into first place because of their customer service. I bought a pair of brown boots in March and just recently my left foot started squeaking. I check it out and the boot looks like it is a little cracked away from the rest of the shoe. Paid my shoe repair shop a visit and they said there was nothing they could do to fix it, the sole was cracked all the way through.
I got them at Nordstrom so I figured I would go back there and see what they say. What is the worst that can happen? They can say no. Big whoop. So I walked through the mall with my poor boots and they immediately said, "Around what time did you buy them? Not a problem, we can just give you a gift card for them." I'm telling you, they are the best. No receipt, bought these almost six months ago and they refunded me what I paid. No one does that. So I pick up my new boots, an even exchange since I love these boots, tomorrow or Friday. Remember how I said the only thing I can buy is a pair of black boots? Well there were these Frye boots on sale that were gorgeous but only in a size seven but they had that pair in another state. So those are on order! Should get them in a week. I couldn't even try them on since they didn't have anything close to my size and they are pull on right under the knee boots. So we'll see. I can't find pics of them anywhere online.
I popped into Sephora too because I needed some lip balm and walked out with Fresh's Sugar Rose Tinted Lip Treatment SPF 15 and Sephora's Lush Flush Wine Lip & Cheek Stain. Moisture and a great stain for my cheeks. I know, I spent some but the moisturizer was needed although the stain was a lil splurge.
Afterward I came home and went on a bike ride. Great great day.
