My mom is amazing and Raul and I got to spend the whole day with her and my dad today.  We went out to eat, checked out a gardening shop (it was a mad house!), had ice cream and just enjoyed my parent's backyard.  I can't wait to have a lush garden like they have, right now Raul and I are just learning and trying to get the grass to turn green again.

The watercolor above is what I made for my mom this year and it is available in my shop.  It's the first piece of art I've made since the move.  My mom is one inspiring woman and because of her I am drawing and painting again.  I'm excited for what the future will bring.
