So last week I made a pretty big mistake.  I made all of the arrangements for baby so I could go get my hair done for my appointment at 5 p.m. last Thursday.  Made sure everything was done, avoided traffic, was so on time I got an ice cream cone, hustled to find a parking spot, texted that I was on my way.  Then I came into the salon and my hairstylist was working on someone else, she does one client at a time.  Which usually isn't a big deal but this client was in the sink, no where near being finished.  Then my hairstylist said, "You aren't today hun".  I was one week early and devastated.  Guess my paper planner isn't working so great after all, this is the first time this has ever happened.

Instead of getting out there in bumper to bumper traffic in the rain, I hung out at Starbucks and sketched a little diary for that week.  Today is my actual appointment.

*My scanner broke and while I am waiting for the new one to arrive, I downloaded the Tiny Scan app on my iPhone.  Worked pretty well.
